Wisling is a Swedish system, developed by the Swedish law firm Lew Lex. All data is stored on servers in Sweden, giving you full control and management that is adapted to Swedish and European data protection requirements.
Wisling is more than just a whistleblowing platform. It's a legally-backed solution, developed and monitored by employment lawyers - with a clear goal: to make whistleblowing safe, easy and correct for employers.
Unlike many other systems, you get not just a tool, but actual support. With Wisling, you get practical legal advice, clear guidance on implementation and concrete help when a report comes in.
Whether you run a small company or are responsible for HR in a large organization, Wisling gives you a whistleblowing process you can trust - without legal guesswork, without standardized AI solutions, without real support from lawyers who know the law and your company.
The ability of companies to detect and address wrongdoing within their own operations is crucial. In many cases, the reports received through our platform can involve very serious circumstances - in some cases where life and health are at stake. For the individual who chooses to report, it is therefore crucial that reporting can be done in a safe and secure way.
At the same time, companies, regardless of their size, should have real possibilities to comply with the requirements of the Whistleblowing Directive and handle reports in a correct and legally secure way. This requires not only a technical system, but also access to legal expertise to assist in the handling of the case.
This is exactly what we have created with Wisling.
My name is Christoffer Lewinowitz and I am an employment lawyer in Sweden and founder of Wisling.
I created this platform because most whistleblowing systems stop at a technical tool. Wisling goes further.
With Wisling, you don't just get legal guidance when a report comes in - you also get a whistleblowing system that is secure, intuitive and easy to implement.
It is designed to be simple enough to be used by any organization, yet powerful enough to meet all the requirements of the EU Whistleblowing Directive.
Whether you're setting up your first reporting channel or handling more complex cases, I'm here to help you stay compliant and safe - every step of the way.

Yes, Wisling is designed to suit both small and large businesses.
The system is easy to use, requires no technical knowledge and can be scaled as needed. For smaller businesses, Wisling provides a cost-effective solution that ensures compliance with legal requirements - while giving you access to legal support when needed. For larger organizations, the system can be customized to suit internal procedures, roles and reporting flows.
Wisling differs from other whistleblowing schemes in that it is not just an IT tool.
While many systems only offer a technical channel for reporting, Wisling combines secure communication with legal expertise. This means that the employer not only meets the requirements of the law, but also has access to experienced lawyers who can provide support in investigations, negotiations and labor law issues. In addition, Wisling is easy to implement, fully GDPR compliant, and can be customized to your organization's own procedures and visual profile.
Yes, Wisling can be adapted to your organization's identity and way of working.
You can add your own logo, choose colors that match your graphic profile and integrate your internal whistleblowing procedures. This way, Wisling becomes a natural part of your organization, while ensuring that all reports are handled in a legally correct and consistent manner.
Wisling handles personal data in full compliance with the GDPR.
The system is built to comply with the basic principles of the GDPR, such as purpose limitation and storage minimization. This means that personal data is only used to process whistleblowing cases and not for any other purpose. The data is only stored for as long as it is necessary - after that they are automatically deleted according to established procedures.
The legal basis for the processing is mainly legal obligation, as the employer is obliged under the Whistleblowing Act to have a secure reporting channel and to investigate reports received.
Wisling is designed to protect the reporter.
The system never logs IP addresses, cookies or other traceable information. Communication takes place via an encrypted and protected channel, and even if the report is submitted anonymously, a dialog can take place between the whistleblower and the employer through a secure two-way communication. This way, follow-up questions can be asked without revealing the identity of the whistleblower.
