“Platform” – The Wisling online whistleblowing system and associated services.
“User” – Any individual or organization accessing or using the Platform.
“Client” – An employer or organization that subscribes to Wisling services.
“Whistleblower” – A person submitting a report of wrongdoing through the Platform.
3. Scope of Services
Wisling provides:
A secure whistleblowing reporting channel
Legal advice and compliance guidance
Support for the implementation of whistleblowing policies and procedures
We do not act as your lawyer unless you have a formal engagement agreement with our legal team. Platform use alone does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information when submitting a report (to the best of your knowledge)
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to breach, hack, or interfere with the Platform’s security
Anonymous Reporting:
You may choose to remain anonymous. However, in some jurisdictions, providing your identity may be necessary for certain types of legal follow-up.
5. Employer Responsibilities
If you are a subscribing employer:
You are responsible for managing authorized access to reports
You must handle whistleblowing reports in compliance with applicable laws
You agree to keep all whistleblower information confidential, as required by law
6. Our Responsibilities
Wisling will:
Maintain the security and confidentiality of whistleblowing reports
Provide access to qualified legal professionals for advice (if included in your subscription)
Comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR
7. Fees and Payment
For subscribing clients, fees are as agreed in the subscription or service contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All whistleblowing reports and personal data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use encryption and other security measures to protect sensitive information.
9. Legal Limitations
While we strive to provide accurate legal guidance:
